Due to the popularity and demand for Indulgence Salon and Spa services, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regard to cancellations and reschedules. When you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time but the opportunity for other guests on the waiting list to receive services. 

First time no show 

A 50% deposit is required to schedule your next appointment.

Second time no show 

We will require your next appointment to be prepaid in full. 

A credit card MAY be required to book an appointment to prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations. 

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If you change or cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged a $25 rebooking fee if you wish to book a future appointment. 

If you no-show your appointment, the card on file will be charged for your scheduled appointment.  

If you are running late, the professional has the right to reschedule your appointment due to the possibility of running out of time. 

Each professional is responsible for their scheduling. Contact your professional directly for cancellations and reschedules.  

Gift certificates are non–refundable and must be presented at Indulgence Salon and Spa when the service is rendered. Lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaceable, nor valid.  

While Indulgence Salon and Spa is a family-friendly environment, we also want to provide relaxing spa services to our clients.  To achieve excellent customer service, guests who are not receiving services must be no younger than eight.
